White Collar Associate Dispute Resolution & Restructuring Brown Rudnick is seeking a highly qualified 5th or 6th year associate to join the dynamic White Collar group in the Washington, DC office. Candidates should have experience with securities litigation and investigations, SEC enforcements, and government investigations. Experience with fraud, corruption, trade sanctions, and export controls are a plus. Our White Collar team advises on regulatory defense matters before the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. We regularly represent companies and individuals alike in fraud investigations, securities and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters. We have a vibrant investigations and federal and state trial practice, including being lead counsel for Mark Cuban in his successful defense of insider trading allegations. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience, Law Review, and federal clerkship preferred.
