Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Patent Agent (EE/CS/Physics) drafts and prosecutes patent applications relating to high tech. In addition to patent prosecution, responsibilities include supporting IP due diligences, patent landscape analyses, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences) and other IP matters related to all aspects of technology, including software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and blockchain.
