The ideal candidate will have: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school 3+ years of experience with commercial, timber, and agriculture real estate transactions, including: Purchase & sale agreements Real estate due diligence, including title review Leasing Real estate finance transactions Development-related contracts Strong interest in engaging in real estate and/or natural resource industry groups and business development Excellent academic credentials and professional references Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work in a collaborative setting, but with significant independence A track record demonstrating exemplary client service, organizational skills, and teamwork Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and in communication Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity Candidates should submit PDFs of their cover letter, resume, law school transcripts, and a writing sample directed to Michelle Baird-Johnson, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Integration.
