If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.</p> <p></p> <p><b><br> Summary:</b></p> <p> The main function of this role is to support high volume U.S. business immigration operations, ensuring legal compliance with daily filings, and providing assistance in various immigration-related tasks. The position involves utilizing U.S. immigration legal knowledge to maintain workflow targets, train admins on USCIS filings, assist with legal accuracy reviews, and propose process improvements.</p> <p></p> <p><b><br> Job Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li> Contribute to supporting high volume U.S. business immigration operations.</li> <li> Train admins on USCIS filings and PERM job postings.</li> <li> Assist with root cause analysis for legal and operational issues.</li> <li> Identify and propose legal process improvement ideas.</li> <li> Complete remote and onsite legal review of filings.</li> <li> Address legal questions related to I-9 completion and E-Verify.</li> <li> Support complex E-Verify issue resolution.</li> <li> Train and monitor admins supporting I-9 reverification.</li> <li> Assist managers in understanding PERM requirements during applicant review.</li> <li> Respond to emails from visa dependent employees regarding visa eligibility.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b><br> Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li> 1+ year of Immigration experience (business or family-based).</li> <li> Juris Doctor (JD) degree.</li> <li> Admission to the bar.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b><br> Additional Details:</b></p> <ul> <li> Location: Redmond, WA</li> <li> Duration: 2 Months</li> <li> Pay Range: $42 - 47.50 per hour</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><br> AGS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (M/F/Disability/Veterans).
