Product marketing and events are central to Intel's growth because it helps drive customer engagement, generate sales, and ensure Intel’s products are fully valued. These teams primarily require legal support for marketing content review and commercial contract negotiation, and their work raises novel and interesting issues at the cutting edge of technology. The successful candidate must enjoy working with smart people across a wide range of functions, excel at proactively finding creative solutions to difficult problems, and have a keen interest in technology. In addition, they must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, providing clear and practical legal advice to dynamic teams.</p> <p></p> <p> Intel’s Legal, Trade, and Government Affairs (LTG) group offers unique opportunities to work in a variety of areas, including counsel to Intel businesses; technology and intellectual property licensing; patent prosecution; trademarks and brands; litigation, mergers, acquisitions and investing; public policy, legislative and regulatory lobbying; global trade, export, import, and customs; and corporate compliance.</p> <p></p> <p> Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> Works closely with the business organization and supports in defining and implementing business strategies and initiatives, as well as developing risk optimized solutions to achieve its business goals.</li> <li> Develops strong, trusted advisor relationships and counsels the product development and deployment teams on a broad range of legal and policy issues including intellectual property, antitrust, security, data privacy and privacy related compliance frameworks, sales, marketing and competitive analysis, export/trade, litigation, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, litigation, and more.</li> <li> Anticipates new legal, regulatory or policy risk based on business direction and changing market conditions, and proactively influences external law, regulatory, and policy environment to accomplish objectives key to Intel.</li> <li> Collaborates with stakeholders within and across organizational boundaries, including sourcing, finance, engineering, contract management, business development, operations, risk and controls, legal specialists, government affairs, community affairs, and public relations.</li> <li> Identifies and delivers specific training needs to executives and personnel of the relevant business or function.</li> <li> Creates a friction free contracting experience for client teams, including drafting and negotiating various legal technolos, such as contracts, leases, licenses, collaboration agreements, development agreements, anything as a service (XaaS), artificial intelligence (AI), data and other revenue related agreements.</li> <li> Manages and coordinates with outside counsel as needed.</li> </ul> <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br> Qualifications</b></h2> <p></p> <p><br> Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
