We are seeking a class of 2018-2020 associate with securitization or structured finance experience to join our expanding and high-performing Global Finance group. Our team serves a diverse global client base that includes most of the largest asset managers and equity investors as well as some of the most prolific CLO underwriters (major investment and commercial banks). In addition, our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $310,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Prior work with private credit or CLOs is a plus. Large Law Firm experience strongly preferred.
