ABOUT THE ROLE: Parker Poe is seeking a transactional associate with one to three years of experience to join our Health Care Practice Group in Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the health care and life sciences industries and excellent client service. Candidates should have experience representing healthcare providers in a variety of transactions and commercial and regulatory matters, which may include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and be able to provide excellent client service through regular client interaction. State Bar of North Carolina licensure (or the ability to become licensed in North Carolina within a year) is required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of attorneys with an established client base representing a variety of healthcare providers and life sciences companies. i.
