We are looking for corporate attorneys with 6 plus years of experience for an associate or of counsel position with background and interest in the incredibly dynamic world of life sciences, including biotech, genomics, pharma, therapeutics, AI drug discovery, and more. Desired expertise includes an ability to advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase, IPOs and equity capital markets, public company reporting, and M&A. Expect to manage a varied team of associates that support you. The position will be based in Palo Alto. You will gain deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market. This is a fun and collaborative group! Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $390,000 – $435,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
