The Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire a Mid-Level to Senior Associate with 4-6 years of experience representing public and private clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings and securities law compliance, and general corporate matters to join our Pittsburgh office. Successful candidates will have hands on drafting and negotiating experience for complex M&A and private equity transactions and related investment agreements and experience as a key member of deal teams for a range of middle market transactions, including responsibility for producing acquisition, equity and related documents in a client-ready format, and running key aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing. $265,000 - $390,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position.
