California - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete Litigator

Fisher Phillips seeks associates with 5-8 years of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation experience to work with its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. The ideal candidates will have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, attorneys should be admitted in California or Colorado, and willing to live/work in these states, but candidates in other jurisdictions will be considered. The yearly salary range for this position is $175,000 – $250,000.
