The Houston office of Clifford Chance seeks finance focused attorneys who have experience in the following areas: US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects Construction to back-leverage financing; experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits, particularly on the tax equity/investor side, is a plus The candidate should have solid experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects. Qualifications Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2021. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
