Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb research, writing, and communication skills. The ideal candidates will possess 2+ years of experience in complex litigation with substantial writing experience, needing little to no supervision to deliver a strong final work product. Experience in litigation, drafting motions and briefs, and preparing depositions is required. Candidates with experience in managed care and reimbursement work, medical malpractice, medical staffing issues, or working with hospitals is a strong positive. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
