Reed Smith’s Life Sciences & Health Industry Group is looking to hire a mid-level associate to join the health care litigation and investigation side of the industry-focused group. The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of health litigation and investigations experience and have some familiarity with health care law, including the federal False Claims Act, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills.
