Description

In support of our commitment to a legal profession that includes people with a diversity of life experiences, backgrounds, identities, and perspectives, Kelley Drye is proud to offer the Lewis M. Rose Scholarship to an outstanding rising second year law student. The Lew Rose Scholarship includes a paid summer associate position following the second year of law school, and a $25,000 award paid in two installments as a signing bonus – one upon completion of the summer program and the second upon starting as a full-time associate at the firm. The Scholarship is available in Kelley Drye’s New York and/or New Jersey offices for the 2026 summer associate program.

2026 rising 2L Lew Rose Scholarship; required materials are:

Personal Statement: Please submit a personal statement of approximately 300-500 words describing your background, perspectives, life experiences, demonstrated interests, or leadership roles that would help you contribute to Kelley Drye’s inclusive firm culture. First-generation college students and those from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds are welcome to address those topics in their statement.

The salary range for this position applies specifically to candidates who will work or reside in New Jersey if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications (e.g., JD/technology). The salary range for New Jersey is based on a $215,000 annual salary.
