Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified International Employment Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience for a position in Seyfarth’s Los Angeles or San Francisco, California offices. Candidates with in-house international employment law experience in the Asia Pacific operation of a multinational corporation are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be qualified in an Asia Pacific jurisdiction. Dual qualification is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of international employment law issues, including labor and employment compliance, international transactions, strategic and commercial HR initiatives, contracts, policies and procedures, reductions in force, outsourcing arrangements, and employment counseling. The ideal candidate also will be fluent in an Asian language and in English. We encourage overseas candidates willing to relocate to the United States to apply.
