Seyfarth established its Hong Kong presence in 2017 to service the Hong Kong domestic market nationally and to further expand the firm’s current Asia-Pacific regional offering. We are looking for a Corporate Associate with at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, with qualification in Hong Kong. The associate should be experienced in IPOs, cross-border M&As, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and/or corporate and commercial law. The candidate will have: - Strong problem solving, analytical and drafting skills; - Strong interpersonal skills; - Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently; - Attention to detail and good project management capability; and - Strong language skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English (required); Mandarin skills will be a plus.
