King & Spalding seeks a mid-level or senior associate for its Corporate, Finance and Investments group with a focus on its growing corporate practice in New York. Qualified candidates will have five to six years’ experience, including significant experience working on M&A (e.g., private and public company M&A transactions, including transactions with private equity purchasers and sellers). Candidates should also have experience consulting on governance and shareholder activist matters. All candidates should have large law firm experience, solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
