Seeking a highly motivated trademark Attorney-at-law to support the firm’s growing European trademark practice. The ideal candidate should have an admission as a German attorney-at-law, European and foreign trademark counseling, clearance and prosecution experience, and excellent verbal and written English skills. Enforcement and litigation experience are not required, but welcome. Entry level and experienced candidates will be considered. Degrees and experience in English-speaking countries are helpful, but not required. Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of initiative. Two German law degrees with honors, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
