#### **Summary**
This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the
ENFORCEMENT Office. As an Attorney-Advisor, you will be responsible for
monitoring entities and individuals' compliance with Bureau federal and
administrative enforcement orders and collaborating with Enforcement staff,
Supervision staff, and other Bureau stakeholders to take appropriate action
regarding non-compliance.

#### **Responsibilities**
As an Attorney-Advisor, you will:
* Support the Compliance Chief and coordinate with both Enforcement Staff and Supervision Staff in implementing final orders, including exercising Bureau responsibilities.
* Apply comprehensive knowledge of Enforcement's orders, order monitoring, and order enforcement to help develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to order development, monitoring, and enforcement; and provide subject matter advice and assistance to Senior leadership and Enforcement Staff, Supervision Staff and other Bureau stakeholders.
* Provide legal advice to Supervision examiners conducting order follow-up examinations of supervised entities and to Supervision staff conducting additional, non-examination order monitoring activities.
