This is a hybrid position that currently has the minimum expectation to work out of our downtown Seattle headquarters one day per week on Thursdays. Who we're looking for: Rover is looking for an adept and personable technology lawyer to join our busy legal team as Senior Counsel (Corporate Counsel III). In this role, you will have outsized impact on Rover’s business, providing legal support in the areas of product counseling, consumer protection, data privacy, cybersecurity, and contract negotiation. Our successful candidate will have substantial experience in the technology space, preferably in-house, including familiarity with cutting edge issues involving ecommerce, open source software, and artificial intelligence. Intellectual curiosity and the willingness to roll up one’s sleeves in order to tackle a variety of projects are a must. This is a great opportunity to stretch beyond discrete subject matter areas and truly partner with the business to drive impact.
