Must have a collaborative mindset, strong teamwork skills and a goal-oriented approach. Must be able to work both independently and as part of the broader NFL legal team, adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape and manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.<br> </p> <p></p> <p><b>Responsibilities </b></p> <ul> <li>Structure, draft and negotiate contracts to support the achievement of business and operational goals and initiatives of the NFL’s Consumer Products Licensing, Sponsorship, Marketing and Football Operations business units, and potentially other business units as needed. </li> <li>Advise NFL business units on legal considerations and risk mitigation strategies in connection with all activities.<br> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b>Required Qualifications </b></p> <ul> <li>J.D. is required </li> <li>3+ years of commercial transactional experience at a law firm </li> <li>Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills<br> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications </b></p> <ul> <li>Experience in the sports or entertainment industries preferred<br> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b>Other Key Attributes / Characteristics </b></p> <ul> <li>Must be collaborative and able to adapt to rapidly expanding business initiatives and multiple competing priorities. </li> <li>Must have strong communication skills.<br> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b>Physical Demands</b></p> <ul> <li><br> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b>Travel </b></p> <ul> <li>Occasional travel may be required.<br> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b>Salary / Pay Range </b></p> <p>This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
