Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking a partner-level attorney with deep experience in condominium and community association law to join its growing and collaborative Community Association Group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience interpreting condominium and community association declarations and full command of the Illinois Condominium Property Act and Common Interest Community Association Act. In addition, the candidate is expected to understand the body of case law affecting condominium and community associations, and possess strong drafting skills with vast experience rendering legal opinions on the wide array of issues affecting condominium and community associations. We are looking for someone who is seeking to take his/her practice to the next level by joining an entrepreneurial and collaborative firm with a premier community association practice.
