The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate, masters degree or work experience in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science, as well as previous patent litigation experience. The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement from a highly ranked law school, strong legal writing and oral presentation skills and experience with IP litigation matters.
