The Corporate department of the Los Angeles office is looking for a Mid-level Associate (3-5 years of experience) with Corporate Finance/Capital Markets experience. The individual should have significant deal experience working in a similar environment at a peer firm. A high level of academic achievement, sophisticated deal and solid law firm experience are required.
