Thecandidate must have at least five years of experience counseling multinational companies on the employment aspectsof managing their international workforce across a variety of internationalemployment law issues, including labor andemployment compliance, the employment aspects of international transactions,strategic and commercial HR initiatives, contracts, policies and procedures,reductions-in-force, outsourcing arrangements, and employment counseling. Thecandidate also must have top-notch academic credentials, analytical skills andoral and written communication skills, as well as a commercial mindset and a keenability to identify and resolve complex legal issues. Dual-qualification is aplus, especially including qualification in an Asia-Pacific jurisdiction.Although not required, the ideal candidate will be fluent not only in Englishbut also in an Asian language.
