Haynes Boone is seeking a patent agent with 1-4 years of experience and well-developed skill in patent application preparation and prosecution. Optimal candidates will have at least a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, materials sciences, or chemical engineering. Candidates with legal and/or technical experience with semiconductor processing and electronic fabrication methods are preferred. Candidates must also have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. Ability to read and speak Mandarin is preferred, but not required.
