THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an attorney in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor, computer, and telecommunications arts. Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering and admission before the USPTO. Analytical, verbal and written communication skills, and excellent academic credentials required. Eligible candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
