Our corporate practice group seeks a capital markets associate with 4-7 years of corporate securities and capital markets experience. Candidates must have experience working on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required.
