Consumer Financial Services Associate- Multiple Offices

Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking a California barred Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience. Troutman Pepper’s Health Care practice, a subgroup within our Consumer Financial Services practice, focuses on complex health care litigation, including ERISA benefits actions, payor-provider contract disputes, out-of-network reimbursement actions, regulatory compliance issues, and consumer coverage litigation. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Clerkship experience is preferred. Candidates must be located in a state where Troutman Pepper has an office, be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live and also be actively barred in California. The salary range for this position is $250,000- $305,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
