Description
The Paul Hastings New York Office is seeking an ERISA Title I Associate with three to five years of experience to join the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice group. Candidates must have specific and meaningful experience in Title I of ERISA, including ERISA’s fiduciary responsibility rules, prohibited transaction restrictions, “plan asset” rules such as the 25% test and the VCOC/REOC rules, and representation of fund sponsors, investment managers, investors and/or other industry participants in all aspects of the application of Title I of ERISA to investment products and activities. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
