Labor and Employment Litigation Associate - Philadelphia or New Jersey

We are seeking an attorney with two to four years of experience in labor and employment law to join the Labor and Employment Practice Group of the Litigation Department in our Philadelphia or New Jersey office. Experience with employment litigation in state and federal courts; administrative practice before local, state and federal agencies; and/or advice and counseling is required. Experience in traditional labor matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges, and in transactional matters involving labor and employment issues is a plus. Our Litigation Department is our largest practice group and represents awide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complexlitigation and regularly represent clients in local, state and federal courts,at both the trial and appellate levels. Active bar licenses in PA and NJ are required.
