Litigation Associate with 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience. Federal court practice experience and/or federal clerkship preferred. Prior large law firm experience, as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in Florida.
