Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP is seeking an insurance coverage associate attorney to join our Baltimore, Maryland office. A Maryland bar license and 1+ years of experience handling insurance coverage matters is preferred. Applicants who are awaiting admission to the Maryland bar, or who are scheduled to sit for the Maryland bar examination, may also be considered. The position requires a candidate who is self-motivated, with excellent writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance policies and/or other contracts, preparing coverage opinions and drafting various correspondence. Our practice is multi-jurisdictional, and preference may be given to candidates who are licensed to practice in Delaware. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. An undergraduate degree or experience in economics, finance and/or accounting is a plus.
