Capital Markets & Securities Associate

Cozen O'Connor seeks an associate with three to five years of experience to work in our Capital Markets & Securities practice. This position offers an opportunity to work from the New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have experience advising clients on capital market transactions, securities compliance including SEC reporting, governance counseling and general corporate matters. Candidates must have experience in capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings and follow on offerings and other equity and debt offerings and have advised clients on securities law compliance. Candidates must be highly motivated with proven superior academic performance and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be licensed in the state where they are applying. Cozen O’Connor’s Capital Markets & Securities Group works closely with public and private companies, underwriters, and investors to design efficient strategies for capital formation, execute securities transactions, and fulfill regulatory requirements for participation in the U.S. capital markets. The attorneys in the group strike the delicate balance between advising companies on navigating an increasingly demanding regulatory environment, while simultaneously meeting their business goals and balancing myriad competing interests. We are not working with search firms to fill this position.
