Operating in the hub of one of the world’s major financial centers, Nelson Mullins attorneys serve corporate clients with their financial services needs. The lawyers in the New York office practice within the Corporate Group’s capital markets, private equity, securities, real estate, lending, project finance, investment management, energy, mergers and acquisitions, banking and general corporate practice areas, as well as general litigation, white collar defense & government investigations, and labor and employment. The office, located at 330 Madison Avenue, is just a few blocks from Grand Central, the busiest train station in the country, and is also close to many of the city’s thriving arts, fashion, and entertainment venues. Candidates should possess two to four years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting; venture capital experience is strongly preferred. You are knowledgeable in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically. You are a member of the New York bar.
