This role involves high-profile automotive-related litigation and managing complex discovery processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product liability and California breach of warranty law, including defending corporate depositions and handling discovery motions. Responsibilities include overseeing the discovery process, drafting responses, conducting investigations, preparing protective orders, and leading a team of staff attorneys and paralegals. Strong client interaction, independent work, attention to detail, and excellent writing and advocacy skills are essential. Familiarity with federal and local courts is preferred. Admission to the California Bar is required. Likely salary range: $225,000 - $250,000. Exact compensation will vary based on years of practice, experience, and skill level.
