Baker Botts LLP is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years’ experience structuring M&A transactions to join any of our U.S. offices. Candidates must have specific experience in tax equity financings for renewable energy projects and tax credit transfer transactions. Candidates should have exceptional academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and be admitted to practice in the location to which they are applying. This position is open to any of our U.S. office locations: Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Washington, DC. For positions based in the NYC office of Baker Botts L.L.P., the salary range is $260,000 to $435,000 and depends on the candidate’s experience.
