Seeking 3-5 year associates with general litigation experience and/or labor and employment experience including: Class action and representative actions Single plaintiff General employment advice and counsel Discovery, drafting motions and briefs, and conducting/defending depositions Evidentiary hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions, and trial Research and writing skills Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
