Moses Singer is seeking a junior associate with 1-3 years of corporate experience to join our Corporate group. The candidate should have solid exposure to different types of corporate work including M&A, transactional, securities and regulatory compliance, private equity, etc. Candidate will be responsible for diligence review and analysis for various corporate transactions and must possess excellent writing and analytical skills. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $150,000 – 160,000.
