Troutman Pepper’s White Collar Litigation + Government Investigations practice group is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in handling international trade regulatory, compliance and enforcement. Candidates may reside in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the Committee on Foreign Investments (CFIUS), United States export controls and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). General knowledge of the Defense Priorities & Allocation System (DPAS) is preferred. Candidates should have experience supporting an active team in these areas. Candidates must be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live. The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $275,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
