<div id="jobDescriptionText" class="jobsearch-JobComponent-description css-16y4thd eu4oa1w0"><div> <div> Responsibilities: </div> <div></div> <ul> <li>Provide counseling, advice and thought leadership with respect to the auto insurance line of business.</li> <li>Work closely with business teams to review and advise with respect to new products and technologies in the auto line of business.</li> <li>Serve as the lead lawyer to the Personal Auto Lines Executive</li> <li>Maintain awareness of and provide advice with respect to pertinent legislative and regulatory developments impacting the auto line of business.</li> <li>Help to drive and support engagement with pertinent regulators</li> </ul> <div></div> <div> Qualifications: </div> <ul> <li>JD or Law Degree is required.</li> <li>15+ years of experience in Corporate legal department including significant experience in and comprehensive knowledge corporate, labor, and automotive law.</li> <li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strategic judgement and excellent problem-solving capabilities</li> </ul> <div></div> <div> Location: </div> <ul> <li>This is a hybrid role, on-site 3 days per week at Chevy Chase, MD or New York, NY.</li> </ul> <div></div> <div> #LI-SS1 </div> <div></div> <div> <br> Annual Salary </div> $322,000.00 - $598,000.00 <div> The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
