The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4-6 years of employment litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training and similar activities.
