Job Description: The New York office of Holland & Knight LLP seeks a mid-level/senior associate to join our Asset Finance team. The ideal candidate will have represented clients in all manner of aviation finance transactions. Experience in general equipment finance or maritime finance a plus, as is experience with capital markets. In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York State, New York City, Colorado, and California is $260,000 - $390,000max/yr. This range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
