Job Overview: Updating and managing trade documentation for offerings of many types of structured notes and bank certificates of deposit among other areas Assisting on program updates of base prospectuses, supplements and other offering documentation Assisting with and coordinating SEC filings Coordinating on an ongoing basis with client personnel (both business desks and legal teams) on transactions Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational/project management skills Flexibility with scheduling and timing for production of deliverables Collegial, positive and willing-to-learn attitude to work, happy to assist and be involved in a variety of transactions when additional support is required Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential Strong written and oral communication skills Able to build and develop rapport with clients and fellow team members as part of a long-term collaborative relationship Ability to manage own time and workflow, and to coordinate multiple assignments Experience working in a securities, derivatives and/or banking group Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg is a plus #LIHYBRID In accordance with New York’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position is $70,000-$105,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
