The Patent Agent (Biological Sciences) drafts and prosecutes patent applications and conducts patent validity, non-infringement and freedom-to-operate analyses. In addition to patent prosecution, responsibilities include IP due diligences, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences) and other IP matters in the life sciences related to cutting-edge technologies, such as gene editing, cellular therapies, antibody-based therapeutics, and molecular diagnostics.
