We seek a senior lawyer with extensive corporate, governance and transactional experience to join our life science and emerging companies practice groups. Candidates should have 5-8 years of providing strategic advice to start-ups and growth companies as well as broad transactional experience, including significant experience leading and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, financings, and licensing and collaboration agreements. Significant experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating pharma/biotech collaboration agreements and software licenses is required, and experience in venture capital is preferred. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to work as a member of a team on complex transactions. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.
