The firm’s Sacramento Bankruptcy and Litigation group seeks to expand its practice with the addition of a mid to senior level associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in bankruptcy practice and commercial litigation. Candidates should have significant law firm experience with all aspects of discovery and law and motion practice. This position will offer the candidate opportunities to work on chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy law and motion practice, contested matters and adversary proceedings, and commercial litigation. A distinguished academic record and exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will have strong public speaking and advocacy skills. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus. Associate base compensation is determined by class year and substantive experience, and salary for attorneys at the level of experience indicated ranges from $167,000.00-$195,000.00.
