THE OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting opportunity for an ERISA Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our Labor & Employment team. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: 2-4 years of ERISA litigation experience; class action experience is a plus Excellent academic credentials Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills Admission to the Bar in the state where you will be officing or the ability to waive in is required WHAT WE PROVIDE: We provide competitive salary and benefits at all levels.
