Desired Skills and Experience: We are looking for a lawyer with 2+ years’ PAE experience gained within a reputable law firm or in-house; You will be genuinely passionate about the energy industry; You will have experience in downstream energy projects, transactions and regulation, including power purchase agreements, electricity supply agreements, grid connection arrangements, gas supply agreements, gas transportation agreements, and the regulation of the electricity market (particularly in WA), including the Wholesale Electricity Market and NWIS; You will have a desire to be part of an environment where you can work as part of a team to service clients, and contribute to culture and the overall success of the practice; and You will also be excited to build relationships with our clients and colleagues.
