Litigation Associate

The Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in commercial, corporate or professional liability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
